Today, German and Scandinavian households largely endorse the consumption of fruit berries and NERGI® mini kiwifruit. Leading retail networks were quick to promote the product, and consumers are following suit. While some consumers see it as a way of promoting healthy, tasty food, others choose it for convenience and ease of use. Although French and Italian consumers appear to be adopting the product more slowly, consumer habits are changing and the outlook for development is favourable.
